When you hear the name Melody Thornton, the first thing you may think is: "That's the girl from Pussycat Dolls (PCD)." However, there's much more to the Phoenix native with southern roots who rose to fame as the youngest member of the group that produced several billboard chart-topping hits. She is a songwriter, dancer and model –– just to name a few –– who has held on to her passion for music since she was a little girl.

Rockstar Faces, launched by freelance makeup artist Yoly Gomez in 2010, is a group of up-and-coming hairstylists and makeup artists looking to make their mark in the fashion industry. GlossMagazineOnline (GMO) spoke with Yoly on how Rockstar Faces has done that so far.

While most of us got to know and love Malik Yoba through his role as heartthrob detective J.C. Williams in hit TV series New York Undercover, and more recently as Gavin in Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married? films, it’s no secret his fans have missed seeing him on the small screen every week. He returns to television for Sy-Fy’s new series Alphas.
