Celebrating 21 years, the Black Women’s Expo in Chicago provides a platform for African American consumers and especially women by offering dynamic speakers and exciting celebrities to share their journey, honoring outstanding women in Chicago, and providing great entertainment.

“The Black Women’s Expo is where Black women of all professions, income levels and educational backgrounds come together to network, be enlightened and be inspired. It is where we truly celebrate sisterhood,” says Merry Green, president and CEO of MGPG Events Inc., and creator of the Black Women’s Expo.

More than 30,000 visitors are expected to attend this three-day event. Among the participants are Rushion McDonald, Emmy Award winning executive producer of the Steve Harvey Show and the Steve Harvey Morning Show; Dr. Sherry Blake, therapist to the stars; and Lisa Nichols, inspirational/transformational speaker and author. Among the entertainers performing at the Expo will be recording artist Avery Sunshine.

In addition, the Black Women’s Expo offers vendor opportunities for entrepreneurs with small to large businesses to showcase their services and products to potential customers. The BWExpo is Friday, March 27 – Sunday, March 29 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
