Getting [Wii] Fit

Come with me, Tiffani, on my Wii Fit Journey

Ok, so I need to lose a few pounds.

healthNothing drastic, but it is spring and that means summer is around the corner and that mean summer will be here soon – and that means I’ll have to put on a bikini at some point in my not-so-distant future. No two words frighten women more than “bikini season.”

Now if you’re like me, you don’t exactly love going to the gym and working out next to chicks who could body double for a Victoria’s Secret model (any of them). Well I —along with countless others – have figured out a way to get in shape without leaving my family room: Wii Fit.

According to the website, Wii Fit is “a combination of fitness and fun, designed for everyone, young and old. By playing Wii Fit a little every day, you, your friends, and your family can work towards personal goals of better health and fitness.”

Sounds like a plan to me. So what do you think? You want to be my Glossy Wii Fit Friend?

So here’s how it will work. Once a week, I will track my progress on the Gloss Blog. I’ll let you know how I’m doing,  be it good or bad, and you’ll add comments about your own progress (or maybe you’ll just comment on mine, baby steps!).

What do you think? Ready to get [Wii] Fit?
